Create Your Team Directory

Your Team Directory is where all your employees access their digital branding including:
  1. Digital business cards
  2. Email signatures
  3. QR codes
  4. Social media profile backgrounds 
  5. ...and more

Directory Setup

From your account:

  1. Click the NodCards icon and select 'Team Directory'


  2. Enter the page 'Title' and 'Description' that will be shown at the top of your Directory
    1. Click 'Save'
  3. Branding
    1. Select your primary brand color using the color picker
    2. Upload your logo
    3. Click 'Save'
  4. The Open Graph Information section is where you can tell search engines what to show in search results (if you elect to have your Directory indexed (see below)
    1. Enter a page 'Title'
    2. Enter a 'Description'
    3. Upload an 'Image' (shown when a link to the Directory is previewed in a sharing or social media post)
    4. Click 'Save'
  5. Advanced Settings
    1. Click 'Configure'
    2. Enter the slug for the final Directory URL (usually a company or brand name)
    3. Click 'Save'
  6. Danger Zone
    1. Toggle 'Search Engine Visibility' to suit your needs
    2. Toggle 'Enable Directory' to suit your needs

Send to Employees

After you have set up your Directory, send your employees a link to their digital brand assets.

  1. Click 'View Directory'
  2. Click the name of any employee
  3. Click 'Share'
  4. Click 'Share Welcome Pack'

  5. Enter an email address and any alternative message
  6. Click 'Send'
  7. Repeat for all other employees
Your employees will receive an email titled 'Welcome to NodCards' with a link inviting them to 'View Resources' where they can view/save all of their digital assets.
