Design Your Brand

NodCards helps you increase the visibility of your brand by giving every employee a branded digital presence that gets seen, shared and saved.

Setting up your brand in NodCards is fast and fun.

Follow these steps to create a unified brand presence across web, mobile, email, search and social media.

The elements you use here are syndicated across all employees and their Brand Packs.

All of these actions are found in the Builder section of the dashboard.
 

Choose a Digital Business Card Background


Notes
NOTE: In addition to your digital business cards, the Background and Logo you add here will also be used on the Brand Pack which includes:
  1. Printable business cards
  2. Desk signs
  3. Linkedin profile backgrounds
  4. Social sharing image
You can choose from a number of built-in background colors, gradients and images, or you can upload your own. 
  1. Select the 'Web & Mobile' tab
  2. Select 'Design' tab
  3. Expand the 'Background' section
  4. Choose a 'Type' from the dropdown
    1. Select a background or
    2. Select 'My Own Image' to expose the uploader and upload your image
  5. Click 'Save'



Adding your logo to your digital business cards will increase brand recognition and build trust and confidence with your customers.

  1. Select the 'Web & Mobile' tab
  2. Select 'Design' tab
  3. Expand the 'Logo' section
  4. Click the arrow to upload your logo image

NOTE: We recommend using a .png image file with transparent background.

Adding your logo to your email signature will advertise your brand and add trust and legitimacy to every email your employees send.
  1. Select the 'Email' tab
  2. Expand the 'Logo or Image' section
  3. Toggle 'Show logo or custom image' to ON
  4. Click the arrow to upload your image
  5. Use the 'Logo display size' dropdown to select the appropriate logo size
  6. Click 'Save'


Add Your Primary Brand Color


Adding your primary brand color to your digital business card and email signature will make your brand consistent on web, mobile and email. A consistent brand builds trust.

To add your brand color to your digital business card:
  1. Select the 'Web & Mobile' tab
  2. Select 'Design' tab
  3. Expand the 'Buttons' section
  4. Click the circle selector for 'Button Background Color'
  5. Select your approximate brand color from the options or
    Add your HEX code or
    Click the '+' to use the color slider


To add your primary brand color to your email signature:
  1. Select the 'Email' tab
  2. Select the 'Design' tab
  3. Expand the 'Colors' and 'Button' tabs
  4. Add your primary brand color wherever you deem appropriate
  5. Click 'Save'


Choose a Digital Business Card Layout


You can choose from a number of different design layouts for your team's digital business cards. 

To select a digital business card layout:
  1. Select the 'Web & Mobile' tab
  2. Select the 'Design' tab
  3. Expand the 'Layout' section
  4. Choose a layout and preview it
    Experiment with the different options in the 'Content Alignment' dropdown
    Use the toggle in the preview panel to change between 'Desktop' and 'Mobile' views 




Now your brand is set up and consistent across all your employees.
